Used Dialers usually has access to at least one used AMCAT or ETS Teleprofit predictive dialer. The manufacturers no longer support these systems and they are usually 10 or more years old. We do not recommend this as a first predictive dialer and woud prefer to see our customers purchase a newer system that complies with FTC laws if they are calling business to residential.

AMCAT/ETS Teleprofit preditive dialers require specific headset and amplifiers costing as much as $80 each and the amplifiers have a history of breaking. These are also DOS based predictive dialers which make them difficult to use and have a 1980's feel, look and functionality to them. UsedDialers.com does not recommend ETS or AMCAT Teleprofit predictive dialers to anyone unless you are business to business and have used these units before.

We do not support these systems ourself but we do have an ex-factory technican we can send you to who knows these systems better than anyone else. This same technican hooked up 24 agent stations of these same dialers in our call center several years ago.
