Opening a new call center

There are several things to consider when opening a new call center, and this page is designed to help you through the process by listing many of necessary components:

Campaign to call on If you do not have a campaign in hand, please visit our campaigns available page.

Office location Make sure and find an office with ample parking.

T-1 or phone lines installed This process usually takes from 4 to 6 weeks, so allow ample time.

Cubicles These can be ordered new, designed to fit the call center or purchased used.

Agent computers with monitors Used agent computers can be picked up for $250 or less, or financed from distributor.

Agent headsets Older predictive dialers require Plantronics type headsets, or new dialers can use less expensive models.

Predictive dialer Predictive dialers can be purchased new or used. We can provide factory technical support and installation.

Staff Including supervisors, agents, office manager and technical support staff.
