of have not been able
to work correctly. Then
the manufacturer tried
to charge the customers
$3,500.00 or more for
help. You will not be
able to get the system
to work without their
support unless you lie
or get very lucky. For
$3,500.00 we can usually
get you a better performing
dialer including support.
We will give as much
as $1,000.00 trade in
for Marketel dialers
and gladly sell them
for $1,000.00 when we
get them in. If you

never recommends Marketel
dialers to anyone. Limitations
include: monitoring
functions, scripting,
speed, passes disconnected
calls and fax machines
to agents, efficiency
and expandability. Marketel
is based in Canada which
makes repairs to these
switching devices quite
expensive and expensive
due to customs, duties
and overall shipping
procedure.
The Canadian
manufacturer is very
difficult to work with
so please use caution
before buying a used
Marketel predictive
dialer. We have found
their relicensing fees,
etc quite hard to understand.
We have sent the manufacturer
an email asking them
to explain the relicensing
and other transfer charges
in writing so that we
can understand them
with no response. You
need to get the re licensing
fees in writing from
the manufactuerer before
you ever consider buying
a used Marketel predictive
dialer. If you happen
to buy a used Marketel
that someone still owes
money on, you need to
promptly get a refund.
