IVR will add the ability to receive information from the customer based upon the customer pressing a button on their telephone. Robodialing is great for schools to notify students of emergencies or road conditions, power companies letting customers know of power outages and government agencies reporting extreme weather condiditons such as tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.
