Useddialers.com started out as a small call
center company
located in the heartland of America. Our call center started out as
a very small 5 person center that manually
dialed
all of our leads. About 2 years into the call
center we had 10 telemarketers and decided
to
make
the
investment
of
buying a predictive dialer. Our call center
was staffed mainly with college students
and
the same day our predictive dialer arrived
was about the same day college let out. Our
best 6 callers either went back home for
the
summer or had internships so we were left
with 4 good callers (just not our strongest
callers).
The first day our average callers made as many
sales
as our best callers would on a normal day and
we were pretty happy. But the second day came
and they were more used to the dialer
plus the
dialer
had a chance to set an algorythm
based
on our specific calling paterns. Our
average
callers DOUBLED what our best callers
used
to make. From that day on, we were totally
convinced
that the dialer was the best investment
we had ever made.
In time we added another small 4 agent predictive
dialer and then another a few months down the
road. Then In
September
of
2001,
after over six months
of very intensive research & price comparisons
of predictive dialers, we
