Razor predictive dialers

UsedDialers.com used to use Razor predictive dialers in our own call center and we fell in love with them. Because of their true first-hello ability they are ideal for most any business to residence call center. We work very closely with Orion Communications on every one we sell and always include a brand new server (this is a requirement of the manufacturer), include training, installation and technical support from the factory, not us.

We can replace every part on these systems and sell you one exactly like a new one with manufacturer support for about 1/2 price when we get them in. Most call centers report a gain of at least 10 to 15% over any other predictive dialers. This dialer is very simple to use yet still offers some amazing features like digital voice recording, Coaching/Whisper, silent and barge in monitoring, live voice and data transfer on or off-site, conference to anyone at any phone number including local office extensions, ivr and autodialing capability along with full agent screen pop with branched scripting.

The Razor predictive dialer is very simple to use and the factory training is first class.

For example, if you want to use the digital voice recording, the trainer will explain that you can run it full time to record every agent phone call (requires additional computer to maintain full time recording) or implement the <Record> button into your scripting. That's it!

When we purchase the system used we pay the manufacturer for a full update of software and include an operating system of Windows XP Pro and SQL Server 2005 Express Edition instead of Small Business Server Premium 2003 with full SQL Server. This can always be purchased for an additional $720 if requested.

We always include 3 hours of remote installation support with Razor that cover everything from having your agent computers in place and data (cat-5) cables run them. They will walk you through plugging in the cables, putting the Razor software on your agent stations, show you how to get your ip addresses if necessary, and even pre-load much of your call center information before they ship you the new server with a 12 month overnight warranty.
