Mortgage predictive dialer specials!!!

  • Live voice and data transfer - Once we got a pre-qualified lead we would have the ability to transfer the voice and data via an internal system transfer to a loan officer on or off site. For our customers not utilizing the Razor software at their location we could bridge a hot transfer to the loan officers telephone number. The razor dialer only monitors how many agents are using the dialer at a given time. You do not have to purchase additional licenses for the loan officers if you have unused agent licenses on your system at your office. Our call center would charge an extra $25.00 for a live voice and data transfer.
  • Instant Email and Fax - Sometimes customers would want to receive more information. At the customers request our call center agents could email or fax them the information we needed directly from their station in less than 10 seconds.
  • Dual time zone triggers - Or most productive times to call were from 9:00 am until 1:30 pm then again at 5:30 pm until 9:00 pm. Our Razor predictive dialer would only call customers in the hours they were most likely to answer their phones.
  • Coach, barge and silent monitoring from any location - Our call center was approximately 700 miles away from our home office. We could listen in on any telephone conversation any of our reps were on at any given time. We could listen silently, or barge in to create a conference call. Our favorite features were the ability to record the call at the remote supervisors discretion and the ability to "coach" the rep in the conversation. When you are coaching, the agent hears you but the customer on the other end does not even know you are there.
  • Agent activated call recording - Once an agent received a positive answer from two questions they would press the "record" button. The dialer would then record telephone calls for verification purposes. Razor predictive dialers also have a full-time recording option that records all telephone conversations.
